Based on user surveys, 68% of job applicants use AI tools to assist with resume customization. QuickFill is an AI-powered tool designed to simplify and automate the job application process. It handles key tasks such as resume tailoring, cover letter creation, and job auto application. By aligning user profiles with specific job descriptions, the system generates customized resumes and personalized cover letters, emphasizing the most relevant skills and achievements. This project focuses on UX design, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience.
Current Scope:
The tool currently has two key features:

Future Scope:
The next phase will introduce an Auto Apply feature that automatically generates job profiles, pulls relevant job listings, fills out application forms, adapts to different questions, and uploads tailored resumes and cover letters.

My Approach
To gather meaningful insights for my evaluation, I designed the usability survey to start with broad questions and gradually focus on more specific aspects.

I ensured that the survey remained unbiased, crafting questions and options that didn’t lead participants toward any specific response.
By avoiding UX jargon and using clear, simple language, I made sure the survey was accessible and easy to understand for everyone, regardless of their familiarity with design or technology.
